Returns
At Sour Straps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email us at support@sourstraps.com within 5 days of receiving your package to request a refund. To process your refund, you must return the unused portion or remaining bags to us.

Refund requests made beyond the 5-day window from delivery will not be accepted.

Defective Products
If you receive a product with a defect in packaging or quality, please do not consume it. Instead, email us immediately at support@sourstraps.com with a description and clear photo of the issue. Once we verify the defect, we will provide a replacement and guide you on the appropriate steps for disposal of the affected product.

Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, please mail it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
